Coastal Clean Up – Mission Bay 10.26.25

The Coastal Clean Up at Vacation Isle in Mission Bay was such an amazing and meaningful experience for me. I went with my little sister and my boyfriend, and together we spent the day helping take care of our environment and giving back to the community. At first, the beach looked so clean but once we started searching we found so many small pieces of trash hidden in the sand that people usually miss. It was eye opening to realize how much of an impact even the tiniest bits of litter can have. The San Diego Association for Men in Nursing and Adam made everyone feel welcomed and supported with pizza, drinks, snacks, and so much positive energy. The event was not just about cleaning, it was about learning, connecting, and taking pride in protecting our city. I left feeling inspired, proud, and motivated to keep doing my part to help keep San Diego beautiful.
