Charlene Barrett is an RN with a focus on educational outreach. She is the SDAMN Education Department Chair and actively helps lead the Association's education courses at local high schools and has created the education modules for the Narcan and Fentanyl Test Strip distributions. She is also managing the transition to google workspaces and sdamn.org
