Charlene Barrett is an RN with a focus on educational outreach. She is the SDAMN Education Department Chair and actively helps lead the Association's education courses at local high schools and has created the education modules for the Narcan and Fentanyl Test Strip distributions. She also assists with the scholarship committee, outreach, operations, and is working to update the website's domain and ensure we have a more effective collaborative online workspace.
