Menty-B: Mental Health Fair w/ PNASD – 10.5.24

I am a nursing student at Azusa Pacific University in the Entry-Level Master’s program (MEPEN). I had the pleasure of volunteering with SDAMN at the Menty-B: Mental Health Fair with PNASD (Philippine Nurses Association of San Diego). This was a one-of-a-kind experience where I was able to connect with brilliant people from various cultures and backgrounds. I laughed, danced, ate delicious food, talked, meditated, and made meaningful connections! Additionally, I was able to give back to my community, which is always a blessing. This is the reason why I enjoy volunteering so much! You get to participate and engage with members of the community. I am passionate about providing empathetic, compassionate, and quality care to all people. Thank you, Adam, and the entire SDAMN team for allowing us to participate in such caring events for our community!
